Our backyard holds 145 ceremony guests, and 75 tented and tabled guests. We work with Melissa from Sweet Beginnings TM, who can provide you with such cost effective rental prices, that her consulting fee may as well be free...

May 1- June 30
-1/2 day Sun-Thurs (4 hrs) .........................................$499
-1 full day Sun-Thurs(12p-12a).................................$899
-1 W/E (Friday 4p-Sunday 12p) Includes cottage accomodation and breakfast for 6 people............$2499
-1 W/E (as above) that includes entire property, sleeps 14, breakfast for all.........................................$3449

  • All prices above subject to 12% HST.
  • Non refundable Cleaning Fees of  10% will be added to non accomodation portion of fee (pre HST).
  • 50% deposit on total must be recieved at time of booking. Balance due 30 days before event.
  • Damage Deposit of $1000 must be paid one week in advance of arrival date and will be refunded if no damage is done, within two weeks after departure of guests.
