The owner/proprietor Kris, is a nurse manager who works nearby during the day; her team of professional and experienced  staff, provide world class gourmet breakfasts and guest experiences to travelers from around the globe.  They understand the importance of top quality travel experiences and are committed to the highest standards of professional services, while providing a warm, personal touch to all of our guests.

Foods are sourced locally and utilizing eco friendly, Fair Farmgate and ethical poultry producers, are of tantamount importance to them.  Their signature dish is  "Smoked Salmon Eggs Benny" which Kris usually prepares each Sunday morning for guests.
